We receive many enquiries from homeowners, who for their own personal reasons, would prefer to opt out of conventional marketing methods, certainly initially, for a more private, low-profile approach to selling their homes.
Whilst the majority of properties we list as Off-Market sales are at the top end of the market, we offer Off-Market homes for sale in all price ranges and areas.
It’s important that buyers understand how to access these Off-Market properties and how the buying process works, as many of these homes are often never listed on conventional internet marketing platforms, meaning that buyers could be missing out on their perfect home.
Even our website statons.com does not list all of our available properties, as Off-Market properties are ONLY privately available to those buyers that have registered with us and are on our Off-Market buyers database.
Accessing Off-Market property is straightforward, you simply need to call us and ask to be registered for Off-Market Property. We’ll take a few details, match you to our Off-Market Property Database and forward anything that meets your requirements.
